How is AI Conversation Expert different from the add-on vs Ultra?
Identical capabilities. $29/user/mo add-on for teams on Advanced ($34/user/mo). Included free on Ultra ($54/user/mo). If your team has 10+ reps on Advanced, the $29 add-on × 10 = $290/mo is less than upgrading all reps to Ultra. Crossover depends on seat count.
What qualifies as High-Volume SMS?
10,000+ outbound messages/month typically triggers HV-SMS pricing. Base plan SMS covers most businesses; HV-SMS is for bulk marketing campaigns and high-volume transactional messaging. Requires 10DLC campaign registration (DialPhone assists at no cost).
